A little more than a week after the flash flood, Cagayan de Oro is again hit by floods and landslide. As of this time 1 am, water is steadily rising to the same level as last last Saturday's flash flood. Rain have been pouring since last Saturday and as of today it has not stop. Residents are afraid because the rains today is stronger than the last one that caused the flood.
Some parts of CDO and Mis Or have been hit by floods also last Sunday. Infact, two bridges in Opol have been condemed by DPWH and is not passable by vehicle. You have to wake to Bulua proper. We even have to evacuate Louie Marban from Canitoan because of rising waters.
Baungon, was also hit by an alledged "buhawi" causing some landslide. Same also in Balulang.
